TBRI/Trust Based Relational Intervention

TBRI is the brain-child of the late, great Dr. Karyn Purvis, who co-authored two very readable and helpful books, The Connected Child and The Connected Parent. These workshops are terrific introductions to understanding the child you parent, or work with, through a lens trauma resiliency. TBRI is appropriate for any one parenting, educating or caring for children who have been impacted by trauma, or as Dr. Purvis would say, “children from hard places.” 

There are a total of 24 hours of training available with this package, including six hours in each of the following: Introduction and Overview, Empowering Principals, Connecting Principals and Correcting Principals. This can be customized to suit the needs of your group or organization, and delivered online or in a live workshop, depending on where you are located. 

As with any other of my products, a group size of 10-20 is ideal for Zoom workshops, for a more interactive learning environment, so for individuals seeking this package, there may be a bit of a wait until the workshops can be scheduled. I will keep a wait-list until a minimum of ten people indicate an interest in this training.
