Life is messy. Most of us have things about the way we were raised that we liked... and things about the way we were raised that were painful. If this is your experience, you probably swore you would do things differently, only to discover that you are repeating your parents actions to one degree or another, particularly when we are tired or stressed out.
This workshop is three hours long and focuses on the role of attachment in inter-generational trauma. This workshop invites attendees to reflect upon their own childhood experiences and to explore how they may be carrying both loving and stressful aspects of parenting on to their children, as well as how every parent can become a source of secure attachment for their child.
